For our latest project located in Kailua on Oahu's windward side, we undertook a complete renovation from the ground up. Starting with a full internal demolition, we prepped the entire property, laying foundational concrete, waterproofing, and base layers. Hawaii Flooring & Tile was founded in 2020 by Koa Balaram Titcomb as the result of years of hands-on experience in construction, masonry, tiling, and every facet in between.

With personal expertise and knowledge gained first-hand in his field, Koa aims to make Hawaii Flooring & Tile the premier specialty contractor in Hawaii, leading and raising the industry standard for what people can expect from contractor services.
